At Wee Garden, every order is made, packed, and prepared with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the case of an item arriving broken or damaged.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Entering the wrong shipping address

Delayed shipping or carrier issues

Tracking updates not being accurate or delayed

Customer preference after receiving the item

Minor handmade variations in color, size, shape, or finish

 Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Broken or Damaged Items

 The only exception to our final sale policy is if your item arrives broken or damaged.

 If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at goofygarden@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the packaging

A brief description of the issue

 Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

 If your item arrives damaged and your request is approved, we will determine the best resolution based on the situation.

 Lost Packages

Wee Garden is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
